PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
1 pkg (629 g) Duncan Hines® EPIC Cookie Dough Cookie Kit
4 tablespoons (60 mL) unsalted butter, melted
1 egg
1 tablespoon (15 mL) water

Step one

Adjust oven racks to upper and lower third of oven. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray two large baking sheets with cooking spray.
Step two

Stir together cookie mix, melted butter, egg and water in a medium bowl until well blended
Step three

Divide dough into 24 even portions, about 1 tablespoon each (15 mL), and roll each into a ball. Place on baking sheets leaving at least 1-inch (2.5 cm) between cookies.
Step four

Bake 11 to 13 minutes, until edges are set but centers are still soft. Cool on pan 2 minutes before removing to wire rack to cool completely.
Step five

Spread cookie dough filling on flat side of half of the cookies. Top frosted cookie with another cookie to create cookie sandwiches. Pour sprinkles onto a plate. Roll sides of cookies in sprinkles. Enjoy!
