- 1.5 kg bone-in beef short ribs, cut into 2-rib sections
- 1 jar (341 mL) VH® Sweet and Sour Sauce
- 250 g rice noodles, prepared according to package directions
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Step one
In extra-large resealable bag, add short ribs and sweet and sour sauce. Seal bag, shake to coat and marinate ribs in refrigerator for 8 hours or up to overnight.

Step two
To pressure cooker, add short ribs, marinade and 125 mL water. Toss to coat. Place lid on; lock and seal in position. Pressure-cook on HIGH for 25 minutes. Turn off heat and manually release pressure according to manufacturer’s instructions. Carefully remove lid.

Step three
Using slotted spoon, transfer ribs to plate. Set pressure cooker to SAUTÉ over HIGH; bring juices to a boil. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 8 minutes or until thickened and sticky. Return ribs to pressure cooker; toss until well coated.

Step four
Serve over noodles and garnish with green onions.
Tips
Use your favourite rice noodle — thick and thin noodles both work well.
