Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) orange juice
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) lime juice
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) olive oil
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp (10 g) ground cumin
- 1 tsp (5 g) dried oregano
- 1 tsp (5 g) brown sugar
- 1 tsp (5 g) chili powder
- 1 1/2 lb (750 g) flank steak
- 2 ripe avocados, halved and sliced
- 1 can (283 g) Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) lime juice
- 2 tbsp (16 g) diced pickled jalapeño peppers
- 12 corn tortillas, warmed
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup (32 g) finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 tsp (2 g) salt
- 1/2 tsp (2 g) pepper
Directions

Step one
In glass bowl, whisk together orange juice, lime juice, oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, cumin, oregano, sugar, chili powder, salt and pepper; add steak, turning to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Step two
Preheat grill to medium-high; grease grate well. Grill steak for 6 to 7 minutes per side for medium-rare or until cooked as desired. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.

Step three
Meanwhile, stir together avocados, Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, lime juice and pickled jalapeños. Assemble steak in tortillas with avocado mixture, red onion and cilantro.
Tips
If desired, quick-pickle the onions by tossing the onion slices in lime juice with a pinch of salt and sugar; let stand for 15 minutes.
