Ingredients
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) earth balance creamy peanut butter or vegetable oil
- 1 cup (250 mL) diced red bell pepper
- 2 cups (500 mL) broccoli coleslaw
- 1 can (250 mL) sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 can (425 g) Chef Boyardee® Beefaroni®
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) VH® Teriyaki Stir-fry Sauce
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) VH® Lite Soya Sauce
- ¼ cup (60 mL) thinly sliced green onions, green and white parts
- ½ cup (125 mL) chow mein noodles

Step one
Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add red pepper, broccoli coleslaw and water chestnuts; cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step two
Add Chef Boyardee® Beefaroni®, VH® Teriyaki Sauce, VH® Lite Soya Sauce and onions; stir together and heat 2 minutes more or until hot. Transfer to serving bowl and sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
