Ingredients
- PAM Olive Oil No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 lb (500 g) lean ground beef (93% lean)
- 1/3 cup (53 g) chopped red onion, plus 1 tbsp (8 g) for garnish
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) Hunt’s® Tomato Paste Original
- 1 tbsp (12 g) brown sugar
- 1 cup (112 g) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup (47 g) chopped Vlasic® Kosher Dill Pickles, plus 1 tbsp (9 g) for garnish
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1 cup (47 g) shredded lettuce
- 1 pkg (125 g) Glutino® Original Crackers

Step one
In large skillet set over medium-high heat, spray olive oil cooking spray. Add beef and 1/3 cup (53 g) onion; cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 12 minutes or until browned. Stir in tomato paste, brown sugar and 1/4 cup (60 mL) water. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in 3/4 cup (85 g) cheese, mayonnaise and 1/3 cup (47 g) pickles. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through.

Step two
Transfer to serving bowl. Top with remaining cheese, chopped tomato, lettuce, remaining pickles and remaining onion. Enjoy with crackers.
Tips
If desired, substitute lean ground beef with Gardein® Plant-Based Ground Be’f.
