Ingredients
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 tsp (5 mL) fresh ginger, finely chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 lb (250 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into pieces
- 1/2 red pepper, sliced thinly
- 1 carrot, sliced thinly on the diagonal
- 1 cup (250 mL) broccoli florets
- 1 cup (250 mL) chicken stock
- 1 cup (250 mL) snow peas, strings and ends removed
- 7 oz (200 g) Yet-Ca-Mein noodles or Chinese noodles, cooked to "al dente"
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) your choice of Cooking Sauce:
- VH® Honey Garlic Sauce
- VH® Medium Garlic Sauce
- VH® Sweet & Sour Stir Fry Sauce
- VH® Teriyaki Sauce
- VH® VH Pineapple Sauce
Directions

Step one
In a wok or a large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and briefly stir-fry garlic, fresh ginger and green onions.

Step two
Add chicken and stir-fry on high 2-4 minutes.

Step three
Add red pepper, carrot and broccoli. Cook for another 3 minutes.

Step four
Add chicken stock and reduce for 2 minutes.

Step five
Add snow peas and noodles.

Step six
Stir in VH® Cooking Sauce.

Step seven
Cook approximately 6 minutes and serve hot.
