In a wok or a large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and briefly stir-fry garlic, fresh ginger and green onions.
Add chicken and stir-fry on high 2-4 minutes.
Add red pepper, carrot and broccoli. Cook for another 3 minutes.
Add chicken stock and reduce for 2 minutes.
Add snow peas and noodles.
Stir in VH® Cooking Sauce.
Cook approximately 6 minutes and serve hot.
