Ingredients
- 1 package (205 g) Gardein® Plant-Based Crab Cakes
- 1 cup (250 mL) vegan mayonnaise
- 2 cornichons, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon (8 g) drained capers, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) grated lemon peel
- 2 teaspoons (10 g) finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 g) sea salt
- 1/2 cup (64 g) organic microgreens
Directions

Step one
Cook crabless cakes according to package directions.

Step two
Meanwhile, blend remaining ingredients, except microgreens in small bowl until blended.

Step three
To serve, dollop each crabless cake with remoulade and garnish with microgreens
