Ingredients
- 1 can (540 mL) AYLMER® DICED TOMATOES WITH ITALIAN SPICE
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) olive oil
- 1 lb (500 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) crumbled feta cheese
- Baguette loaf

Step one
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet set over medium-high heat; cook shrimp and garlic for about 5 minutes or until cooked through.

Step two
Stir in tomatoes; simmer for about 5 minutes or until heated through and slightly thickened.

Step three
Sprinkle with feta cheese and serve with baguette.
