Ingredients
- 2 cans (2 x 425 g) Chef Boyardee® Spaghetti & Meatballs
- 1 can (398 mL) Hunt's® Heirloom Original Diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup (250 mL) grated carrots
- 1 cup (250 mL) finely chopped spinach or zucchini
- 1 tsp (5 mL) garlic powder and/or dried oregano (Italian Seasoning) – optional
- ½ cup (125 mL) shredded Mozzarella or Parmesan Cheese

Step one
Heat tomatoes and carrots. Add spinach/zucchini along with Chef Boyardee® Spaghetti & Meatballs and heat through.
