Ingredients
- 3 heads romaine lettuce, coarsely chopped
- 1 can (398 mL) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (410 g) Hunt’s® Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano, drained
- 1 can (108 g) sliced olives, drained
- 2/3 cup (85 g) crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup (64 g) chopped red onion
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp (5 g) salt
- 1/2 tsp (2 g) freshly ground black pepper

Step one
In large bowl, toss together lettuce, chickpeas, diced tomatoes, olives, cheese, onion and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
