Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and set rack in middle position.
Into small saucepan set over medium heat, pour tomato sauce. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes or until reduced and thickened.
Arrange pizza crusts on large baking sheet. Spread tomato sauce over crusts and top with mozzarella.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese has melted and crust is toasted.
Meanwhile, in large bowl, toss together artichoke hearts, romaine, Parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes and Italian dressing. Top pizzas with romaine mixture. Slice and serve.
