Step one

Heat oil in large sauté pan; cook Gardein Beefless Ground and cumin according to package directions.
Step two

Transfer to slow cooker; stir in 1/4 cup (60 mL) water. Cover and cook on Low setting for about 2 hours or until tender and fragrant.
Step three

Prepare Healthy Choice Simply Steamers Mediterranean Lentil Bowls according to package directions.
Step four

Sprinkle cilantro over each bowl. Top with Gardein Beefless Ground. Serve with lime wedges.
