Ingredients
- 1 pkg (450 g) Duncan Hines® Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 can (300 mL) Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 375 mL pumpkin purée
- 2 mL ground cinnamon
- 2 mL ground ginger
- 250 mL whipping (35%) cream (optional)
Directions

Step one
Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly grease 33 x 23-cm (3 L) baking pan.

Step two
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Pour into pan.

In large bowl, whisk together eggs, condensed milk, pumpkin purée, cinnamon and ginger until smooth. Pour gently over brownie batter.

Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted into centre of pumpkin layer comes out clean. Transfer brownies to wire rack; let cool for 20 minutes.

Step five
In desired, prepare whipped cream topping. In medium bowl, using handheld electric mixer, beat whipping cream until soft peaks form. Dollop over brownies.
Tips
For over-the-top festive pumpkin pie brownies, serve brownies with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, toasted pecans, chocolate sauce and salted caramel sauce.
