Ingredients
- 375 g dried fettuccine
- 45 mL vegetable oil
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 250 g lean ground beef
- 175 g fresh pork chorizo, casing removed
- 10 mL adobo seasoning
- 500 mL Hunt’s® Original Tomato Sauce
- 125 mL sliced stuffed green olives
- 15 mL chopped fresh basil
Directions

Step one
Cook fettuccine according to package directions.

Step two
Meanwhile, in large skillet set over medium heat, add oil. Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes or until translucent. Add beef, chorizo and adobo seasoning. Using wooden spoon, break meat into chunks. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes or until meat is crumbled and beginning to brown.

Step three
Stir in tomato sauce and olives; reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes or until sauce is heated through.

Step four
Serve sauce over fettuccine. Garnish with basil.
Tips
Sprinkle with Kraft® Grated Parmesan Cheese, if desired.
