Ingredients
- 1 can (283 g) Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
- 4 oz (125 g) plain brick-style cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) chili powder
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) each salt and pepper
- 2 cups (375 mL) shredded Tex-Mex cheese blend
- 1 cup (375 mL) shredded rotisserie chicken
- 8 flour tortillas (7-inch)
- PAM® Original Spray
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) salsa
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) guacamole
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) sour cream
Directions

Step one
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Mix together Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, cream cheese, chili powder, salt and pepper until blended. Stir in shredded cheese and chicken.

Step two
Spoon about 1/2 cup (125 mL) filling down along centre of each tortilla.

Roll up tightly; place tortillas seam side down on parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Spray tops with cooking spray.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown and filling is bubbling.

Step five
Serve taquitos with salsa, guacamole and sour cream.
Tips
For extra-crispy taquitos, use an air fryer.
