Ingredients
- 8 Pieces Gardein Fishless Filets
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) Olive oil
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Cider vinegar
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Honey or a vegan substitute
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Dijon mustard
- 1 Clove garlic, minced
- 3 cups (750 mL) Shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup (250 mL) Matchstick carrots
- 1 Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
- 4 Lemon wedges
- 4 Lemon wedges
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) pepper

Step one
Prepare Gardein Fishless Filets according to package directions.

Step two
Meanwhile, in large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, honey, Dijon, garlic, salt and pepper; add cabbage, carrots and apple slices. Toss until well coated.

Serve Gardein Fishless Filets with slaw and lemon wedges.
Tips
For easy preparation, used prepared coleslaw mix.
