Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 lamb loin chops
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can Aylmer® Accents® Original Stewed Tomatoes (540 mL)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Greek seasoning
- 8 thin slices of lemon
Directions

Step one
Brown lamb on both sides then drain fat. Add garlic.

Step two
Combine tomatoes with cornstarch and seasoning and add to frypan.

Step three
Bring to a boil then reduce heat. Top with lemon slices and olives.

Step four
Simmer uncovered 5 to 10 minutes.
