Ingredients
- 250 g dry small elbow macaroni pasta
- 500 g ground sirloin beef (90% lean)
- 125 mL chopped onion
- 1 mL salt
- 1 can (540 mL) Aylmer® Accents® Diced Stewed Tomatoes with Chili Seasonings, drained
- 1 can (398 mL) red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 pkg (35 g) chili seasoning mix
- 250 mL Hunt’s® Original Tomato Sauce with No Salt Added

Step one
Cook macaroni according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain pasta.

Step two
Meanwhile, in large skillet set over medium-high heat, stir together beef, onion and salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 7 minutes or until beef is crumbled and no longer pink; drain. Stir in tomatoes, kidney beans, chili seasoning and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until thickened.

Stir macaroni into beef mixture.
