Ingredients
- 1 bag (82 g) Orville Redenbacher® Simply Salted Popcorn, popped
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) smooth natural peanut butter
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) maple syrup
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) coconut oil
- 2 oz (30 g) vegan chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) shredded coconut
- 1 cup (250 mL) assorted vegan jelly beans
Directions

Step one
In large, heatproof bowl set over larger saucepan of simmering water, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil and chocolate chips; heat, stirring constantly, for 1 to 3 minutes or until evenly melted.

In large bowl, pour peanut butter mixture over popcorn; toss to coat. Add coconut; toss to combine.

Step three
Scoop 1/2 cup (125 mL) portions onto parchment paper–lined tray. Shape into round nest shapes; using spoon, create divot in centre. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until set. Can be transferred to airtight container and refrigerated for up to 3 days. Fill each divot with jelly beans before serving.
