Toss together chicken, 2 tbsp (30 mL) VH® Honey Garlic Marinade, cilantro and ginger.
Thread chicken, pineapple and red pepper evenly onto 4 large skewers; set aside.
Preheat grill to medium; grease grate well. Grill kabobs, turning occasionally, for about 10 minutes or until well marked. Baste with remaining VH® Honey Garlic Marinade; grill for 3 to 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
• Serve over rice or your favourite noodles.
• If using bamboo skewers, soak in water for 15 to 20 minutes to prevent burning.
• Alternatively, cook kabobs in 425˚F (220°C) oven on parchment paper–lined baking sheet.
