Ingredients
- 1 box (432g) Duncan Hines® French Vanilla Cake Mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup (250ml) water
- 1/3 cup (75ml) vegetable oil
- 1 tub (450g) Duncan Hines® Creamy Home-Style Vanilla Frosting
- 1/2 cup (125ml) strawberry or raspberry jam
- 1/2 cup (125ml) mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries and blueberries)

Step one
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Step two
Blend cake mix, eggs, water and vegetable oil. Divide batter among three greased 9-inch (23 cm) cake pans. Bake for 23 to 28 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean; let cool completely.

Step three
Spread frosting evenly between each layer of cake, making 3 layers. Place remaining frosting into piping bag; decorate side of cake with frosting.

Step four
Spread jam on top of cake; arrange berries on top.
