Ingredients
- 2 large carrots
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) canola oil
- 1 lb (500 g) sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp (8 g) minced fresh ginger
- 1 jar (341 mL) VH® Honey Sriracha Sauce
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp (16 g) finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 4 tsp (20 g) toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) sesame oil
- 1 pouches (240 g) Jasmine Rice, cooked according to package directions

Step one
Shave carrots into ribbons using vegetable peeler. Heat oil in wok or large skillet set over medium-high heat; cook carrots for 3 to 5 minutes or just until tender. Transfer to plate.

Step two
Add beef, garlic and ginger to pan; cook for 5 to 8 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Stir in VH® Honey Sriracha Sauce and bring to boil. Stir in carrots, green onions, cilantro, sesame seeds and sesame oil. Cook for 1 minute. Serve over rice.
Tips
Substitute sliced pork tenderloin for sirloin steak if desired.
