Directions

Step one

Brown sausages, onion, pepper and mushrooms for 6 minutes.
Step two

Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, and oregano. Bring to a boil.
Step three

Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step four

Serve sauce over fettuccine.
