Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) VH® Mango Chili Sauce, divided
- PAM® Original Spray
- 4 Gardein® Chipotle Black Bean Patties
- 4 burger buns
- 4 cups (1 L) thinly sliced kale leaves
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) lime juice
- 1 ripe avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and sliced

Step one
Preheat grill to medium-high heat; grease grates well with PAM® Original Spray. Grill Gardein® Chipotle Black Bean Patties, basting with 1/2 cup (125 mL) VH® Mango Chili Sauce, for 3 to 5 minutes per side or until well-marked and cooked through. Grill burger buns for 30 to 60 seconds or until lightly toasted.

Step two
Meanwhile, toss together kale, remaining VH® Mango Chili Sauce and lime juice until well coated.

Step three
Assemble burger, avocado and kale slaw in buns.
Tips
For a cheeseburger, add crumbled goat cheese or a dairy-free option if desired.
