Ingredients

12 prepared cooked meatballs, halved (small to medium-size)
1 can (283 g) Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
1 1/2 cups (192 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 green pepper, diced
12 Hawaiian dinner rolls, split
1/4 cup (57 g) butter, melted

Step one

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Toss together halved meatballs, and Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies.
Step two

Assemble meatballs, shredded mozzarella and green pepper in dinner rolls. Transfer to parchment paper–lined baking sheet; set aside.
Step three

Stir together butter, parsley and garlic; brush mixture over top of dinner rolls.
Step four

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.
