Ingredients

450g prepared frozen or fresh meatballs
1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 can Aylmer® Accents® Original Stewed Tomatoes (540 mL)
1 tbsp Worcestershire (or soya) sauce
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Step one

Cook meatballs and drain fat.
Step two

Sauté onions and peppers for 5 minutes then stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
Step three

Add tomatoes and sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step four

Add meatballs to sauce and heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with parsley.
