Ingredients
- PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1-1/2 (192 g) cups quick-cooking rolled oats
- 3/4 cup (102 g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 g) salt
- 1 bag (82 g) Orville Redenbacher's® Buttery Flavour Microwave Popcorn
- 3/4 cup (165 g) firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (113 g) Earth Balance® Traditional Spread, softened (1/2 cup = 1 stick)
- 1 tablespoon (15 mL) water
- 1 teaspoon (5 mL) vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup (96 g) dried cranberries

Step one
Preheat oven to 190°C.

Step two
Spray 38cm x 25cm shallow baking pan with cooking spray.

Step three
Combine oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in medium bowl; set aside.

Prepare popcorn according to package directions.

Remove all unpopped kernels; set aside.

Step six
Combine brown sugar and Earth Balance® spread in large bowl using electric mixer on high speed.

Step seven
Add water and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy. Gradually add flour mixture; blend well.

Step eight
Reduce speed to low; add cranberries.

Step nine
Cover hands with plastic gloves or sandwich-size plastic bags; spray with cooking spray.

Step ten
Incorporate popped corn into cookie dough.

Step eleven
Spread mixture in pan. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.

Step twelve
Cool before cutting into 24 bars.

Step thirteen
Store bars in tightly sealed container.
