Ingredients
- 1/2 lb (250 g) ground chicken
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) finely minced onions
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) dry breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) grated fresh ginger
- 2 tsp (10 mL) vegetable oil
- 1 pouch (160 mL) VH® Butter Chicken Sauce
- 1 cup (250 mL) diced tomatoes, with 1/2 the juice

Step one
Mix ground chicken, onions, breadcrumbs, fresh ginger and 2 tbsp VH® Butter Chicken Sauce together in a large bowl. Divide into 10 equal portions and shape each into a ball.

Step two
Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet set over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs and cook, turning occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked through. Pour in the VH Butter Chicken Sauce and the diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook covered, for 10 minutes, stirring once or twice.
