Ingredients
- 1 pound (450 g) ground sirloin beef (90% lean)
- 1½ cups (375 mL) chopped green bell pepper
- 1 cup (250 mL) chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 cans (425 g each) Chef Boyardee® Beefaroni®
- 4 tsp (20 mL) prepared yellow mustard
- 2 tsp (10 mL) packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp (10 mL) chili powder
- 1 tsp (5 mL) salt
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Worcestershire sauce
- 24 mini sandwich buns

Step one
Cook meat, bell pepper, onion and garlic in large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes or until meat is crumbled and no longer pink, stirring occasionally; drain. Reduce heat to medium-low; stir in Chef Boyardee® Beefaroni®, mustard, sugar, chili powder, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.

Step two
Spoon meat mixture onto bottom halves of buns. Close with top halves. Garnish with vlasic pickle chip, if desired.
