Ingredients
- 1 pouch (160 mL) VH® Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce
- ½ lb. chicken breast (1” cubes)
- 1 red pepper (chunks)
- 2 cups broccoli (florets)
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- ½ cup onions (chopped)
- 2 cups rice or noodles
Directions

Step one
Heat 1 tbsp. oil and sear chicken until no longer pink inside.

Step two
Mix in veggies and 3 tbsp. water. Cover and steam.

Step three
Add VH® and stir until vegetables and chicken are well coated and sauce is warmed through.

Step four
Serve over rice or noodles.
