Cook plant-based chick'n tenders according to package directions.
SPICY SPREAD: Place Earth Balance®, hot sauce and syrup in medium bowl and beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes
VEGAN WAFFLES: Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar in small bowl. Pour soy milk and lemon juice into a large bowl and let stand until it starts to curdle. Whisk in flour mixture and melted Earth Balance.
Spray cold grates of waffle iron with cooking spray and preheat according to manufacturers’ instructions. Pour waffle batter onto grids and cook until golden brown. Waffle irons vary so follow manufacturers’ filling and cooking instructions.
Top your vegan waffles with chick’n tenders, a scoop of whipped spread and drizzle with more syrup just before serving. Enjoy!
