Bake f’sh filets according to package directions (turn oven down to 425°F/220°C). Cut f’sh filets into bite-size pieces.
Meanwhile, in large saucepan set over medium-high heat, melt spread. Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes or until starting to brown. Add flour, dillweed and seafood seasoning; cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Add tomatoes and broth; increase to high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Add green beans and mixed vegetables; cook at a simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender and mixture has thickened.
Meanwhile, arrange bread bowls on baking sheet and spray with cooking spray.
Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until lightly toasted.
Evenly divide f’sh filets in bread bowls. Ladle in hot stew.
Save bread cubes/crumbs for later use. Great for making fresh breadcrumbs or stuffing!
