- 1/4 cup (60 mL) Mrs. Butterworth's Syrup, No Sugar Added
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) Earth Balance Creamy Peanut Butter
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) Snack Pack Chocolate Pudding
Directions
-
Step one
Set large skillet over medium heat; arrange bacon in single layer in skillet. Cook, turning as needed, for about 10 minutes or until crisp. Drain on paper towel–lined plate. Wipe skillet clean with paper towel; set aside.

Step two
Prepare pancake mix according to package directions. Set skillet over medium heat; coat with PAM. Using 1/4 cup (60 mL) measure, pour batter into skillet in 4-inch (10 cm) lengths.
