- PAM® Original Non-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1/3 cup (64 g) Orville Redenbacher® Original Gourmet Popping Corn
- 5 cups (640 g) miniature marshmallows, divided
- 8 tablespoons (64 g) butter, divided
- 1/2 cup (64 g) unsweetened cocoa powder, divided
- 1-1/3 cups (171 g) chocolate mint candy pieces or creme de menthe baking chips, divided
Directions

Step one
Spray large bowl, rubber spatula and piece of waxed pepper with cooking spray; set aside. Pop kernel corn according to package directions. Remove all unpopped kernels and place half of popped corn (about 3½ cups) in bowl.

Step two
Place 2-1/2 cups marshmallows, 4 tablespoons butter and 1/4 cup cocoa in microwave-safe bowl; microwave on HIGH 45 seconds or until marshmallows melt and mixture blends together smoothly when stirred.

Step three
Pour marshmallow mixture over popped corn in bowl. Toss with rubber spatula to coat.

Step four
Add 2/3 cup candy pieces or baking chips and stir to combine. Divide mixture and shape into 6 balls. Place on waxed paper.

Step five
Repeat above steps with remaining popped corn, marshmallows, butter, cocoa and candy pieces or baking chips.
Tips
If desired, add 1 tablespoon Irish cream liqueur to ingredients in step 3; stir to combine before pouring over popped corn. Use another tablespoon liqueur with remaining ingredients.
