Ingredients
- 500 g fresh cod fillet, cut into four pieces
- 250 g roughly chopped Chorizo sausage
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 can navy beans (398 mL)
- 1 can Aylmer® Accents® Diced Tomatoes with Italian Spices (540 mL)

Step one
Place cod fillets in a shallow baking dish and bake at 425ºF for 20 minutes.

Step two
While fish is baking, chop Chorizo sausage and sauté with onion for 5 minutes or until tender.

Step three
Add white beans and Aylmer® Accents® Diced Tomatoes with Italian Spices and pour over fish.

Step four
Serve with sliced lemon.
