Ingredients
- 9 stalks celery, divided
- 1 can (398 mL) Hunt’s® Early Harvest Heirloom Diced Tomatoes (with juice)
- 1 can (213 mL) Hunt’s® Tomato Sauce Original
- 8 slices pickled jalapeño pepper
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1/4 cup (29 g) chopped onion
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Vlasic® Stackers Kosher Dill Pickle juice
- 2 tsp (10 g) prepared horseradish
- 2 tsp (10 mL) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp (3 g) chili powder
- 1/4 tsp (1 g) celery salt
- 1/8 tsp (0.4 g) freshly ground black pepper
- 1 lemon wedge, for rimming glasses
- 2 tbsp (29 g) kosher salt
- 12 fl oz (355 mL) vodka (optional)
- 8 cups (2 L) ice
- 4 Slim Jim® Giant Original Smoked Snack Stick, halved lengthwise
- 8 Vlasic® Stackers Kosher Dill Pickles, quartered lengthwise
- Additional pickled jalapeño peppers, olives, cooked shrimp, lime wedges, celery salt (optional)
Directions

Step one
Chop 1 stalk celery into large chunks.

Step two
Into blender, add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chopped celery, 8 jalapeño slices, garlic, onion, pickle juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, celery salt and pepper. Blend on high speed until very smooth, about 3 minutes.

Step three
Using lemon wedge, lightly wet rims of eight 475 mL glasses.

Step four
To small plate, add salt. Dip rims of glasses in salt to coat.

Step five
Add 1 cup (250 mL) ice to each glass. If using, add 3 tablespoon (45 mL) vodka to each glass (or substitute with water).

Step six
Pour in Bloody Mary mix and garnish glasses with Slim Jim® sticks, remaining celery stalks and pickles. If using, add additional jalapeños, olives, celery salt and lime wedges, as desired.
