Ingredients
- 1 lb (500 g) lean ground chicken
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) minced fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) each salt and pepper
- 2 jars (341 mL each) VH® Butter Chicken Sauce
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) prepared crispy fried onions
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 8 oz (250 g) naan bread, warmed and sliced into triangles
Directions

Step one
Mix together ground chicken, bread crumbs, egg, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper. Divide into 16 portions and roll into meatballs.

Step two
Pour VH® Butter Chicken Sauce into slow cooker; add meatballs. Cover and cook on High for about 1 1/2 hours or until meatballs are cooked through.

Step three
Sprinkle with crispy fried onions and cilantro. Serve with naan bread.
Tips
Alternatively, serve with basmati rice.
