Chef Alida's Veal Chop Marinara

Ingredients
- 4 bone in veal chops
- 1⁄2 flour dusting
- 2 cans of Hunts Heirloom diced tomato
- 4 cloves garlic smashed
- 1 diced red onion
- 1 cup diced smoked bacon or pancetta
- 1 red chilli
- Shredded mozzarella
Directions

Step one
Dust all veal chops in flour.

Step two
Sear off veal chops in olive oil remove and place on a plate.

Step three
In the same pan add olive oil, garlic, pancetta, onion and fresh chilli.

Step four
Cook until browning starts then add tomato.

Step five
Simmer for 20 minutes.

Step six
Place the browned veal chops and simmer for 15 mins.

Step seven
Finish with fresh mozzarella and broil for 5 min in the oven.
