Ingredients
- 1 lb (500 g) pork loin cut into 1/2'' (1.5 cm) cubes
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) VH® Honey Garlic Cooking Sauce
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) VH® Cherry Dipping Sauce
- 1/2 red pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 cups (500 mL) snowpeas
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) fresh grated ginger
Directions

Step one
Heat oil in large wok or non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

Step two
Cook pork until browned well on all sides, about 10 minutes.

Step three
Add peppers, fresh ginger and snow peas and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Step four
Add VH® Honey Garlic Cooking Sauce and VH® Cherry Dipping Sauce, cook for another 3 minutes.

Step five
Season to taste and serve.
