Heat oil in large wok or non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook pork until browned well on all sides, about 10 minutes.
Add peppers, fresh ginger and snow peas and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Add VH® Honey Garlic Cooking Sauce and VH® Cherry Dipping Sauce, cook for another 3 minutes.
Season to taste and serve.
