- 1 pkg (450 g) Duncan Hines® Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix
- 170 g bittersweet chocolate
- 150 mL whipping (35%) cream
- 250 mL cherry pie filling
Directions

Step one
Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly grease 32 mini muffin cups.

Prepare brownies according to package directions, filling each mini muffin cup three-quarters full.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until brownie tops are crackled and brownie is separating from cup. Using fingertip, make an indentation in each brownie. Let cool in pans for 10 minutes.

Run a thin spatula or paring knife around edges of brownies. Transfer brownies to wire rack

Chop chocolate into small pieces and transfer to heatproof bowl.

Step six
In small saucepan set over medium heat, warm cream until it starts to boil. Immediately pour over chocolate. Let stand for 1 minute undisturbed. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is smooth.

Step seven
Fill each indentation with chocolate ganache and spread to edges. Top with dollop of cherry filling. Let stand until cool.
