Ingredients
- 30 mL vegetable oil
- 500 g mild Italian pork sausage, casings removed
- 500 mL Hunt’s® Original Tomato Sauce
- 125 g block-style cream cheese, cubed
- 30 mL dried Italian seasoning
- 375 g dried spaghetti
- 250 mL shredded Italian cheese blend
- 15 mL chopped fresh parsley

Step one
In extra-large skillet set over medium-high heat, add oil. Add sausage; using wooden spoon, crumble into pieces. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink. Using slotted spoon, transfer to small bowl; set aside.

Step two
To extra-large skillet over medium-high heat, add tomato sauce, 675 mL water, cream cheese and Italian seasoning. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes or until cream cheese is melted. Add sausage to skillet and stir to combine.

Step three
Add spaghetti; reduce heat and cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes or until spaghetti is tender. Top with Italian cheese blend and stir until cheese melts.
Tips
Add 10 mL hot pepper flakes with the tomato sauce for added heat.
For a more loaded version, in medium greased skillet set over medium heat, cook 125 mL sliced mushrooms, 125 mL sliced bell peppers and 125 mL sliced zucchini until tender and add with the cooked sausage in Step Two.
