1 can (284 mL) Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
4 oz (125 g) plain brick-style cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp (8 g) chili powder

PAM® Original No- Stick Cooking Spray
1/2 cup (125 mL) salsa
1/2 cup (125 mL) guacamole
1/2 cup (125 mL) sour cream

Step one

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Mix together Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, cream cheese, chili powder, salt and pepper until blended. Stir in shredded cheese and chicken.
Step two

Spoon about 1/2 cup (125 mL) filling down along centre of each tortilla.
Step three

Roll up tightly; place tortillas seam side down on parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Spray tops with cooking spray.
Step four

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown and filling is bubbling.
Step five

Serve taquitos with salsa, guacamole and sour cream.
