Grilled Steak with Teriyaki and Bacon Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (125 mL) VH® Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 1/2 lb. (700 g) top sirloin steaks
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped fine (see tip)
- 1/4 cup (125 mL) VH® Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce
- 1/4 cup (125 mL) plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. (16 g) chives
Directions

Step one
In a bowl stir together VH® Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce and lime juice, add steak and coat well, allow to marinate for at least 1 hour.

Step two
In a small bowl stir together bacon, VH® Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce, mayonnaise, yogurt and chives.

Step three
Oil or spray grill with PAM® Original Cooking Spray and cook steaks to desired doneness. Serve with sauce.
