In medium bowl, stir together tomatoes and chilies, pineapple, onion and cilantro.
In small bowl, stir together sour cream and lime juice.
In another medium bowl, toss together turkey and jerk seasoning.
Into large skillet set over medium-high heat, add oil. Add turkey mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 4 minutes or until seasoning is fragrant and turkey is hot and seared in some areas.
Divide turkey mixture evenly among warmed tortillas. Top with tomatoes mixture and cabbage. Drizzle with sour cream mixture. Serve with lime wedges, if using.
For a homemade jerk seasoning, in small bowl, stir together 1 1/2 tsp (7.2 g) garlic powder, 1 tsp (2.8 g) cayenne pepper, 1 tsp (3.6 g) onion powder, 1 tsp (4 g) granulated sugar, 1 tsp (1.4 g) dried thyme, 1/2 tsp (1 g) allspice, 1/2 tsp (1.4 g) paprika, 1/2 tsp (1 g) black pepper, 1/2 tsp (3 g) salt, 1/4 tsp (0.4 g) hot pepper flakes, 1/4 tsp (0.7 g) ground nutmeg and 1/8 tsp (0.4 g) ground cinnamon. Use as desired in recipe.
For a plant-based option, substitute shredded cooked turkey with Gardein™ Plant-Based Turk’y Cutlets.
For a saucier salsa, try using VH® Pineapple Marinade instead of chopped pineapple, and use this as a dipping sauce in place of the sour cream.
