Preheat grill to medium heat; grease grate well with PAM® Original Spray. Season steaks with 1 tsp (5 g) pepper and 1/2 tsp (2 g) salt. Thread mushrooms onto skewers. Season mushrooms and red onion with remaining salt and pepper.
Grill steaks for 4 to 5 minutes per side, basting with some of the VH® Korean BBQ Sauce in the last 2 minutes of grilling, for medium-rare or until cooked as desired. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, grill mushrooms and onion rounds for 3 to 5 minutes per side, basting with remaining VH® Korean BBQ Sauce or until well-marked and tender.
To serve, remove mushrooms from skewers. Serve steak with mushrooms and onion rounds.
To serve steaks family-style, slice thinly across the grain and transfer to serving plate with mushrooms and onions. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
