Spaghetti and Meatballs with Harissa and Mint

Heat oil in large skillet set over medium heat; cook onion, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper for 3 to 5 minutes or until softened. Stir in tomatoes and harissa paste; bring to boil.
Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in Meatless Meatballs; cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until meatballs are heated through.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup (60 mL) cooking liquid.
Toss together spaghetti, reserved cooking liquid, meatballs and sauce until spaghetti is well coated. Stir in mint and parsley.
If desired, serve the meatballs and sauce over regular or pearl couscous.
