- 3/4 cup (175 mL) Almond milk
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) Coconut milk
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) Earth Balance Creamy Natural Peanut Butter
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) Maple syrup
- 6 tbsp (90 mL) Chia seeds

Step one
Whisk together almond milk, coconut milk, Earth Balance Creamy Natural Peanut Butter and maple syrup until smooth. Whisk in chia seeds.

Step two
Divide among four 1/2-cup (125 mL) jars. Cover and refrigerate for about 8 hours or overnight.
Tips
• Top with banana and berries before serving.
• Add chopped dark chocolate for an easy and healthy dessert.
