Ingredients
- 225 g dried spaghetti
- 225 g lean ground beef
- 60 mL chopped onion
- 1 mL salt
- 1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
- 500 mL Hunt’s® Original Tomato Sauce
- 15 mL red wine vinegar
- 5 mL dried Italian seasoning
- 2 mL granulated sugar
- 1 mL garlic powder
- 1 mL crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 45 mL chopped fresh parsley
Directions

Step one
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain; set aside.

Step two
In medium skillet set over medium-high heat, add beef, onion and salt; cook, stirring frequently, for 5 to 8 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.

Step three
Reduce heat to medium. Stir in zucchini, tomato sauce, vinegar, Italian seasoning, sugar, garlic powder and red pepper flakes. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through.

Step four
Add pasta and chopped tomatoes; stir well. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through. Stir in parsley.
