Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) VH® Honey Garlic Cooking Sauce
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) sriracha hot sauce
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) sesame oil
- 3 lb (1.5 kg) split chicken wings
- Pam® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray, as needed
- 1 pouch (240 g) basmati rice, cook accordioning to package directions
- 1 tsp (5 g) toasted sesame seeds, divided
- 2 thinly sliced green onions, divided

Step one
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). In large bowl, combine cooking sauce, hot sauce, vegetable oil and sesame oil. Reserve 2/3 cup (150 mL) of the marinade; set aside. Toss chicken wings with remaining sauce in large bowl.

Step two
Line baking sheet with foil; coat with cooking spray. Arrange chicken wings on prepared pan; bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until cooked through, turning once and basting twice with 1/3 cup (75 mL) reserved marinade. Broil on High for 3 to 5 minutes or until slightly charred.

Meanwhile, simmer remaining marinade in small saucepan set over low heat for about 5 minutes or until thickened slightly.

Serve chicken wings on bed of rice; drizzle with reduced sauce.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
Tips
Double the hot sauce for really spicy wings!
