Tomato Mozzarella Antipasto

Ingredients
- 2 398ml cans of Hunt’s Heirloom Diced
- 6 Balls of Mozzarella, sliced
- 1 bunch Fresh Basil
- 4 Cloves of Garlic
- 4 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 6 Slices of Toasted Bread
Directions

Step one
Toast 1” slices of bread until browned. Rub a clove of garlic over the toasted bread surface for added flavour.

Step two
In a bowl, add 2 cans of Hunt’s Heirloom Diced, chopped garlic and extra virgin olive oil and toss until combined. Season with a pinch of salt.

Step three
Slice mozzarella ball into thin slices. Take basil and roughly break apart into smaller pieces.

Step four
Take toasted bread slices and spoon on the tomato mixture on top. Lay a slice of mozzarella and basil to garnish. Optional to drizzle with more olive oil. Serve and enjoy.
